What we used
How we did it.
Drawing is a must skill for Preschool teaching.
As a preschool teacher, majority of the time, I draw. And the reason is simply because kids can only understand what you say to them through pictures plus you also need to draw to create teaching materials and flashcards.
Hence, drawing is a must skill. You don't need to be perfect in drawing however the kids should be able to easily identify what you draw.
For example, look at how my board looks like.

Listen, I am no where near being called an Artist but I call myself one.. although amateur but I still feel proud with this new skill and that's because I never ever thought I could draw..But yep, here I am.
Drawing was never my best skill even though I was a full science student back in secondary school right up to the university.
Infact, drawing wasn't part of the skills I had interest in developing not until I started teaching preschool. I had to learn. I made the effort to learn and improve my drawing all the time.
Now, atleast the children can identify what I draw so I'll say I'm not bad at it anymore.

The decorations are beautiful 😍. Thanks for sharing.
